Find your own way

• For those starting their psychic journey it is important to remember never to compare yourself to anyone else.

• You must find and walk your own path at your own pace. It is not a race, trying to rush will not help – like a lotus flower, one must unfold gradually over time, before your psychic potential can fully bloom.

• You cannot tread a path already trodden by a master or guru, in the end you have to find your own way, and your way is the only way. There is no goal to get to, true initiation never ends, it flows on like a great river.

• Try to meditate by yourself at least once a day.

How to improve your communication with those who have passed over to the spirit world

If you are hoping to receive a message from a dead friend or relative through a psychic event or medium, here are some tips for making the process easier.

• Step 1

  Shortly before you go, or the night before, gather any possessions you can of the person that has passed over. These could be anything: an item of clothing, piece of jewellery or a favourite object they once owned.

• Step 2

  Breathe deeply and try to relax. Remember that there is nothing frightening about the spirit world.

• Step 3

  Take each possession in your hand. Remember what it meant to them, and in your minds’ eye, see them with it.

• Step 4

  Relax and very slowly start to say their name. This simple process will invoke the spirit and draw their loving presence close to you.

Now, when you go to the medium or show it should be much easier for the person working with the spirits to contact your loved one.
